Denmark's Public Procurement Service (SKI) Portal now accessible through WAYF

SKI – the entity charged with managing procurement agreements for Denmark's public sector – has just connected its self-service solutions to WAYF. Consequently, WAYF's user organisations, from August 27th on, have the ability to offer their users access to SKI's self-service solutions using their well-known institutional logins – without any organisation having to implement any technical integration with SKI: It already is connected to SKI, by virtue of its connection to WAYF. With the exact same end-user experience as with a direct connection.

All an organisation wishing to utilise this opportunity for effortless integration with SKI must do is notify its SKI contact of that wish – after which SKI will set up the functionality easily and quickly. Possibly SKI will have already set up the organisation's WAYF connection prior to it contacting SKI – in which case the connection is already working now. The connection can be estabished and tested without delay, but won't give access to production systems until August 27th – the day when SKI will launch its new single-sign-on solution in production.
